Shipping policy

All orders are shipping with Australia Post. 
Standard Domestic shipping fee is $8.00 - 5 to 7 business days 
Express shipping $12.00 - 2 to 5 business days. 
International shipping $25.00 - Up to 3 weeks. 

However due to COVID we are seeing delays. 

All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia. To get an idea of how long your delivery will take please use the Australia Post delivery calculator here.

Please note all orders are handmade and have a 10 day turn around time. By selecting Express Shipping, these only speeds up the delivery time, not the beading process.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Claims for lost or stolen packages may be submitted through Australia Post.
